    1. Responsible for the optical design and device selection of project-related equipment, and complete the optical installation and debugging of the equipment.
    2. According to customer requirements, carry out proofing and process testing, output proofing report, and provide process guidance to customers.
    3. Research, explore and test laser processes of different materials and applications, complete parameter optimization, and write process test reports.
    4. Combine the processing technology to improve the external optical path system and propose the direction of laser parameter improvement.
    5. Communicate and train with customers to understand and realize customer processing needs.
    6. Assist in handling the related process debugging work of the customer's on-site equipment.
    7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than three years of relevant industry work experience, experience in the use or design of laser hidden cutting equipment is preferred (Si, glass, LED, InP related processes), and experience in the use or design of Low-k laser slotting equipment is preferred.
    2. Able to independently design experimental schemes, independently analyze and process experimental data; Good at thinking, with independent optical debugging ability.
    3. Understand the principle of laser and laser processing, understand optical path transmission and optical components, experience in optical path debugging, nanosecond and picosecond laser application is preferred.
    4. Strong hands-on ability, proactive work, enterprising, responsible, good at communication, and good team spirit.
